At BreezeBoxx we aim to make life in the kitchen a little quicker, a little easier, and a little tastier. We’re here to help everyone enjoy a delicious meal that doesn’t require hours standing over the stove. Food is a universal love language, and our hope is that you’ll share what you buy from us with those around you who mean the most.

One of our most important values at BreezeBoxx is having a positive impact on the community by supporting local businesses, which is why 90% of our ingredients are sourced from local farmers and ranchers. This also allows us to provide to you the freshest, cleanest ingredients in all of our meals.

We offer an on-demand style pricing model that allows our customers to order weekly meals to be delivered at a pace fits best with your lifestyle.

What do I do if I have an incomplete or damaged order?

If any of the items in your box are damaged or missing, please contact us at 214-215-6178 or email contact@breezeboxx.com so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you have bulk discounts if we order over a certain number of meals?

We do not offer bulk discounts.

How do I become an affiliate?

We are always taking applications for affiliates. If you are interested in becoming a BreezeBoxx affiliate, please submit an application here. Please only submit one application. We will contact you and inform you on the status of your application as well as provide information about the commission scheme.

Do you have an app to access my account from my phone?

At this time an app is not available, but will be in the near future. Please note: our website is fully optimized for mobile use.

What Weekly Meals are Made each day/week?

Our Weekly Meal Menu is rotated each month to include 14 different options to provide variety. New menus will be published the last Friday of the month at 2:00 PM CST.
Custom Meal plans are available 365 days a year.

Can the meals be frozen?

Yes. All of our meals can be frozen for up to 30 days. To prepare a frozen meal, allow to completely defrost in the refrigerator ONLY before heating to consume.

What if I have food allergies?

We make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals.
We offer options for our carnivores as well as vegetarians along with the option to sort menu items via the following preferences: high protein, high carb/energy, pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan.
However, if you would like to tailor your meals for specific allergies we urge you to contact us for a custom meal plan designed by our chef with a dietician.
Please note, we do ultimately leave it to our customers to review the ingredients and determine which recipes best meet their dietary needs.

Are your products Gluten Free?

Our regular menu does not specifically feature gluten free or other allergy related dietary preferences, but you can order the custom meal option which allows you to tailor your meals to meet your personal needs.

Do you have breakfast options?

We do not currently offer breakfast, but we will in the near future. All of our menu items are portioned for lunch or dinner consumption.

Deadline for making changes

All changes need to be made by 11.59 pm CST 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery.
This is so we can give our suppliers enough notice for the exact quantities we need.

When will I be charged for my meals?

Once you complete the checkout process, you will be charged for your delivery.

How do the meals arrive?

The meals are delivered in paper grocery bags, and do not include any ice packs or coolers. Due to this, we recommend you select a delivery location/date/time where you will be available to receive the meals, and transport them to a refrigerated area.

Can I select a future delivery date?

For meals from the regular menu, you are limited to ordering 2 weeks in advance (to prevent from ordering something that might come off the menu in the future).
For custom orders, there are no restrictions for selecting future delivery dates.

Do you have a storefront?

We do not currently have a storefront.

Do you have any options for local pickup?

We do not currently offer local pickup; however, we deliver your meals directly to your doorstep at a delivery time selected by you at checkout.

Where does BreezeBoxx ship to?

We do not currently offer shipping, but will in the near future.

When should I expect to receive my meals?

All orders placed by before 5pm CST  can be delivered within 72 hours at the earliest. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be required to select the next delivery day (unless you have selected a future delivery date).

Delivery days are zone dependent based on your distance from our facility.

What if I want to change my delivery date?

If you have placed an order with a future delivery date and want to change, you must do so no later than 11:59pm CST 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date by contacting us.

Can I order items from the marketplace outside of my meal delivery?

Yes! However, we do encourage you to order with your meals to cut down on delivery costs.

Can I custom order JuiceBoxx juices?

We do not offer custom juices, but if you would like learn more information about which juices pair well together please email us at contact@breezeboxx.com

Do you offer custom orders for SnackBoxx items based on my dietary preferences?

As part of your custom-based meal plan you can order custom snacks tailored to your dietary restrictions and/or preferences.
