Can I select a future delivery date?
For meals from the regular menu, you are limited to ordering 2 weeks in advance (to prevent from ordering something that might come off the menu in the future).
For custom orders, there are no restrictions for selecting future delivery dates.
How many meals can I fit into a perishable box?
Our smallest box holds up to 10 meals, and the largest box holds up to 20. Box selection will automatically be calculated based on the components of your order.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not currently have a storefront.
Do you have any options for local pickup?
We work with a network of local retail partners to allow our customers to pick up their meals at a location determined during checkout. Pick up locations are listed under the ‘Local Delivery’ drop down menu on the check-out screen. Unfortunately, not every delivery zone will have this option due to limited partner availability.
Where does BreezeBoxx ship to?
We ship to all 50 states via FedEx with some exclusions applicable to deliveries in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Does BreezeBoxx ship to Hotels?
Yes, as long as the hotel is in the United States. We cannot ship to any International locations at this time. You will need to place your order a minimum of two days prior to the date of your arrival by 2pm CST. If the room is not under your name and is under the same of a spouse, mother, brother, etc. make sure you include that name as part of the shipping address. Most hotels will not accept a package if the name on the package does not match up with the name on the reservation. All we ask is that you inform your hotel the day prior to arrival that you will be expecting a package.
Is there a minimum purchase to ship?
There is no purchase minimum. However, our smallest perishable food cooler holds up to 10 meals, so we recommend ordering at least 10 meals or a combination of meals and items from the marketplace to maximize the shipping cost.
When should I expect to receive my meals?
All orders placed by before 5pm CST on Thursday shipped within 72 hours unless you have selected a future delivery date. Orders placed after the cutoff time on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday unless you have selected a future delivery date.
You will be provided with a FedEx tracking number via email when your order has shipped.
All orders will be in transit 1-3 days.
Delivery times are zip code dependent based on your distance from our facility.
What if I want to change my delivery date?
If you have placed an order with a future delivery date and want to change, you must do so no later than 11:59pm CST 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date by contacting us.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
All orders shipped will be in transit according to FedEx 2Day shipping. A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your package leaves our facility.
If you choose a local pick up location, you can expect your meals to be delivered by 3 PM.
How are the meals packaged during for shipping?
We ship your meals in a stock box with a biodegradable earth friendly thermal insulated shipper provides up to 4 days of protection. We also add cold packs to each box to ensure items are kept cold and fresh during transit.
All of our meals are sent vacuum-sealed, providing an additional 1 week of freshness.
What do I get if I return the insulated liner in the prepaid shipping bag?
If you return the insulated shipping liner within 14 days of delivery receipt, you will be credited $10 in BB cash to your account. This applies each time you place an order and return the liner.
